Kyle Richards Opens Up About Alexia Umansky Moving Out: "It Was Just Too Much for Me to Even Process"
"To think that she's not there every second is hard," the RHOBH cast member said after her daughter's recent move to a new home.
In January, Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky's daughter Alexia Umansky moved out of their family home, and the moment was incredibly bittersweet for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member.

"I honestly had to just shut that part of my brain off. It was like, my child's leaving the house. Because of everything that we've been going through this last year-and-a-half, it was just too much for me to even process," Kyle shared with The Daily Dish in a February interview. "I just had to say, 'I'm grateful she lived with me 27-and-a-half years,' which is not the norm, so I just focus on the positive."
Of course, Kyle helped Alexia settle into her new home, which she shares with her boyfriend, Jake Zingerman. "I went out shopping for her and bought her her dishes, and stuff for her place, and pretty glasses and coffee cups, and just trying to make sure that she feels homey and cozy there so that I can psychologically feel better," Kyle said.
Now that Alexia has officially moved out, Kyle admitted that "it's not the same" at their family's Encino home these days. "She's one of those people who's always in a good mood, and I always say she's such a bright light," Kyle explained. "So just to think that she's not there every second is hard."
