Introducing Skylar Gray Smiley!

Gretchen Rossi answered the intense demand for photos of her baby girl by sharing the first pics of her daughter on Instagram on Wednesday, July 17. "And then there was 3," Gretchen wrote in the post, which featured several photos of herself with her fiancé, Slade Smiley, and their new bundle of joy in the hospital about two hours after her birth on July 10. "Thank you to the good Lord above for the most precious gift we have ever been given! Our perfect little miracle!"

The Real Housewives of Orange County alum explained why she waited nearly a week after delivering Skylar via C-section before sharing any photos of her little one. "We took some time off social media to just bond and be with our little angel! My recovery has been really tough (headed back to the doctors now to check if I popped a stitch)," she shared in the post. "This has been the most difficult thing I have ever done yet the most amazing, rewarding, incredible experience of my life! I cry [every] five seconds it seems like either from pain, hormones, or just pure bliss looking into her sweet little eyes! Breastfeeding 24/7 it seems, but she has latched on well.... thank God!"

Gretchen also revealed that Skylar was born at 10:57 a.m. on July 10. She weighed 7 pounds and 1 ounce, and measured 20 inches long.

The new mom showed her gratitude for all of the love and support she has received in her first week of motherhood. "Thank you to all of you who have been patient and understanding as I took my time to recover and bond with her," Gretchen gushed. "Love you all so much for your support and love for the 3 of us!"
