Here’s What Happened After Jax Taylor’s Meltdown at His $100,000 Wedding
The Vanderpump Rules newlywed shed some light on his wedding to Brittany Cartwright.
Jax Taylor's wedding to Brittany Cartwright was truly a fairytale day — that cost $100,000. So when the lavish event hit a snag and the bar somehow started charging for drinks, the groom, you can say, was not happy.
As fans saw in the March 17 episode of Vanderpump Rules, Jax, a longtime bartender himself, had a meltdown during his wedding when he learned about it.
"After everything I put out for this wedding, I have to look over my shoulder and see my friends paying for drinks, I mean, this is embarrassing," he said in an interview in the episode.
Now, he's shedding some light on the moment.
"[It] was an accident," he tweeted. "We fixed it. They had a shift change and didn’t know. All good."
And while Jax and Tom Sandoval had issues throughout the season (Jax even regrets having Sandoval at the wedding now), Tom was the one who salvaged the bar situation to "save the day," as the groom's one-time BFF put it.
