Jo Wenberg Confronts Katie Over Schwartz Drama: "Do You Feel Like You Owe Me an Apology?"
Jo and Katie Maloney have a heated conversation about their issues related to Tom Schwartz.
Vanderpump Rules Season 11 has given us so, so much, including, at long last, a look into Tom Schwartz and Jo Wenberg's friendship. In fact, Jo's presence this season even stirred up some conflict with the rest of the cast.
And yet, after plenty of back and forth, a preview of Season 11, Episode 15 (set to air Tuesday, May 7) shows that the dust is finally settling between Tom's ex-wife, Katie Maloney, and Jo. Or is it?
After trying to apologize to Katie for any hurt she's caused her, Jo asks the Something About Her co-owner if she has anything to say in return.
"Well, do you feel like you owe me an apology?" asks Jo. "I sent you a genuine text about the divorce, and I really mean it."
"Yeah, and then suddenly grew a pair and asked him if you could, like, stay with him," Katie responds.

In case you missed it, Katie previously shared that Jo started staying with Tom after their divorce. The leap in their relationship came fast, according to Katie, as Jo was previously just cutting Tom's hair and initially attempted to connect with Tom though Katie.
"She wouldn't just hit him up, she just kept hitting me up, and then next thing you know, it's like, she doesn't mind asking him to stay with him? That's a bigger ask than a haircut, at a really weird, kind of sensitive time when we're going through a divorce...you are weird. That is very weird to me," Katie shared during an episode of the Vanderpump Rules Season 11 After Show in March 2024.
Lala Kent weighs in on Katie Maloney and Jo Wenberg's argument
In the clip above, Lala tries to better explain the situation to Jo.
"She's saying, like, the way that you moved — it's like you were texting her, 'I'm so sorry. I'm going to go move in with him now.'"
While Tom says they never really lived together, Lala says that it doesn't matter whether Jo simply stayed with him or moved all the way in. "You guys still stayed together and had sex. [Jo texted] Katie, 'I'm so sorry about your divorce' and then within seconds it was 'hold up.'"
Although Jo notes that there were "months" between all of those occurrences ("I wish I would've had space to explain that," she adds), Katie isn't focused on those details.
"I just feel like you always had it for him, and you were just waiting for your moment," she says.
Katie Maloney empathized with Jo Wenberg after watching Season 11
Does time (and a peek behind the reality TV curtain) heal all wounds? After seeing how Schwartz treated Jo during Season 11, Katie says she's changed her opinion on the situation ... if only a little bit.
"I don’t think any of us really knew what was truly going on with the two of them because we were getting a very different version or really no information from Tom about what was happening," she told Us Weekly in April 2024. "Seeing their dynamic and seeing how they were together and getting kind of Jo’s perspective on the whole thing was very eye-opening. I kind of did feel for her because he was giving her the runaround and bread crumbing her a bit, and it made me feel a little sad because she did have an investment in him and real feelings there.”
Katie added that she confronted Tom about the situation.
"I think I told him it was a bit of a f-boy behavior," she said.
Are Jo Wenberg and Tom Schwartz still in touch?
During the April 16 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Tom told Andy Cohen that he and Jo haven't seen much of each other lately.
"We had such a good time together and it was a mutually beneficial, super fun relationship — well, I don't know if it was a relationship [or a] situationship. It was fun and we had a good run while it lasted," he said.
