Joe Giudice Is Focused on Staying Healthy During Reported Separation From Teresa

Amid reports of his separation from wife Teresa Giudice, Joe Giudice is staying busy by hitting the gym and keeping up a healthy lifestyle. The Real Housewives of New Jersey dad, who is currently living in Italy as he awaits a final decision in his ongoing deportation case, shared a video of his rigorous workout in a recent Instagram post.    

In the clip, Joe can be seen practicing his boxing technique on a punching bag. “Starting to gain weight here. Ain’t good,” he says in the beginning of the clip before jumping into his intense fitness routine.

Though anyone would surely be tempted to overdo it while faced with all that delicious Italian food, Joe has remained committed to staying fit while living abroad. He started mixed martial arts training earlier this year and regularly shares video of his gym routine on Instagram. He even revealed that he split his pants after going too hard during one recent workout. 

In addition to staying physically active, Joe is dedicated to maintaining a positive attitude during his ongoing legal and personal woes. Though Joe and Teresa have yet to make an official comment on reports of their separation after 20 years of marriage, Joe has taken to sharing some poignant quotes on his Instagram in recent weeks.

On December 19, he shared a post that read, "Life is too short to tolerate nonsense. Cut out negativity, ignore gossip, and let go of fake people and their drama!"

A day before that, he also hinted at the start of a new chapter with this quote:

As he continues to settle into life in Italy as best as he can, Teresa is working out how their family will celebrate the upcoming holiday. Though the couple’s four daughters were originally expected to return to Italy to visit their father for Christmas, Teresa recently revealed their plans for the holiday remain undecided.
