Get ready to mangia! Kathy Wakile's new restaurant is almost open for business. 

But luckily, you don't have to wait until The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum's eatery officially opens to get a taste of what she'll be serving up. Kathy recently gave her Instagram followers a sneak peek at her New Jersey restaurant, Pizza Love, and it's seriously making our mouths water. 

Kathy shared a photo of Pizza Love's dining room, as well as its dessert/coffee bar, earlier this month. She also said that she'll be announcing the opening date of the restaurant soon. "Everything is coming together," Kathy captioned one photo. "[I]t won't be long now!!"

The RHONJ alum first revealed her plans to open a restaurant in May, which will be "a great joint effort" between herself, her husband Rich Wakile and two friends with experience in the restaurant biz. “It’s something I’ve been wanting for such a long time,” she told Page Six. “I’ve talked about it in the past but the timing wasn’t right, [and] now I have the time to devote to it.”

The seasonal menu will include pizza, Mediterranean cuisine, and desserts, such as cannolis and homemade gelato. "It's an extension of home," Kathy told NorthJersey.com in May. "A place people can come in and taste a piece of love." 

It looks like Kathy picked up some culinary inspiration during a trip to Italy last spring.

When she's not hard at work on her new eatery, Kathy is keeping up with the latest RHONJ news. She sent her warm wishes to the Garden State ladies and welcomed new Housewife Margaret Josephs to the fold as Season 8 of RHONJ quickly approaches.
