If anyone knows the highs and lows of being in a complicated romance, it's Katie Maloney-Schwartz. For years, Vanderpump Rules viewers watched her and Tom Schwartz hash out their drama for all the world to see. So when Kristen Bell recently confessed to having heated arguments with husband Dax Shepard in the past, it was a confession Katie could relate to.
Bell dished about this time in their relationship during an appearance on Harry. "When we first met, we fell madly in love and I love the dramatic exit. There is nothing I crave more," Bell said, via Entertainment Tonight. "The first year, you are working out your kinks. I loved it. We'd get in a fight, because we would fight a lot, and I'd, like, yell something then slam the bedroom door, then I'd slam the front door, then I'd get in my car and then I'd skid out the driveway and I would sit around the corner in my car and it felt so good and I realized how incredibly toxic it was only after he pointed it out."
It was Shepard who forced her to re-examine the way she argued with him: "And I always thought it was because I won. He's like, 'No, people can't do that. Our marriage won't survive.' And everything he was saying was making so much sense and I was, like, 'Damn, this guy.'"
Upon reading about the couple, Katie headed to Twitter and shared "Well I relate to this very much! It's all about the yin and yang." (FYI, Jax Taylor also shared the interview on Twitter, so Bell's love truth bombs were certainly felt by the crew.)
