Vanderpump Rules Babies Ocean and Summer Just Had the Cutest Playdate Ever
Vanderpump Rules’ Lala and Scheana haven’t always gotten along, but it looks like their daughters are besties.
The Vanderpump Rules cast members have (for the most part) come a long way since they each joined the show.
Scheana Shay and Lala Kent haven’t always been on the same page since the latter cast member first appeared on Vanderpump Rules in Season 4, but the two now have one major thing in common: They are moms to adorable little girls.
Since Lala’s daughter, Ocean Kent Emmett, and Scheana’s daughter, Summer Moon Honey Davies, are so close in age (they were born about a month apart), it’s no surprise they’ve already become fast friends.
On October 23, Scheana documented her daughter’s playdate with Ocean at Universal Studios Hollywood on Instagram. The girls wore complementing sweat suits for their big day out to the theme park (Scheana also matched her mini-me by wearing a coordinated sweatshirt).
Scheana joked that she felt like a “stage mom” as she tried to get the girls to pose for the camera.
“I feel like the stage mom in the back… ‘Now girls, look at each other and laugh,’” Scheana captioned the photo, along with a crying-laughing emoji. “Thank you so much to [Universal Studios] for the tickets and such a fun day!!”
Several Bravolebrities — including a few other Vanderpump Rules cast members — took to the comments to point out how adorable the playdate looked.
“This pic is unreal,” wrote Scheana’s longtime pal Ariana Madix, while Raquel Leviss called the outing “so frickin cute!!”
Summer House’s Paige DeSorbo also called the girls “so cute,” while alum Hannah Berner joked that she “want[s] what they have.”
Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga opted for heart and heart-eye emojis, respectively, and Shahs of Sunset’s Mercedes “MJ” Javid added, “Official stage mom [for sure].”
Scheana is now taking on stage mom duties, but during a panel at BravoCon 2022, she shared that she wasn’t always sure she wanted to take on motherhood.
“Season 1 Scheana did not think she would ever have kids,” Scheana says in the video above. “I was very much like, ‘I don’t need a kid to complete my life.’ And now that I have her, oh my god, I couldn’t imagine anything else. So I think Season 1 Scheana would be very proud of the mom I am now.”
