Lindsay & Amanda Rock Jaw-Dropping Dresses at a Friend's Wedding: "It's Giving Mermaid"
Summer House cast members Lindsay Hubbard and Amanda Batula took their fabulous sense of style out of the Hamptons all the way to Mexico.
Weddings have been a hot topic on Summer House Season 8, thanks to Lindsay Hubbard's relationship and impending wedding with her now ex-fiancé, Carl Radke, before their engagement dissolved in September.
More recently, Lindsay — along with her Summer House castmates Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula — got to be wedding guests over the weekend. The trio took to the shores of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, where they supported their friends who just got married, and only had to focus on looking their best.

Lindsay Hubbard and Amanda Batula's Wedding Guest Style
Lindsay took to her Instagram account on Sunday, April 7 where she shared a series of photos of her outfit from her friend's seaside wedding. She channeled the ocean in a halter-neck, backless, green and blue sequined gown from Sau Lee, which she paired with a bright blue clutch and simple silver heels. "It's giving mermaid," Lindsay wrote in the caption of the post.
Amanda and Kyle also opted for their own fun looks, as seen in the mirror picture posted to Kyle's Instagram Story on April 7 above. Amanda opted to wear a sherbet colored long sleeved dress with a large midriff-baring cut-out in the middle, accessorized with an oversized pair of sunglasses, chunky heels, and a handbag.
Kyle, on the other hand, wore navy blue patterned pants with a matching suit jacket, navy blue bowtie, and navy blue loafers. The overall look is a little bit eccentric, but polished and put together — just like Kyle himself.

While they might have been happy as guests together, Amanda, Lindsay, and Kyle experienced some wedding-related drama during Summer House Season 8 Episode 7, when Carl asked Kyle to be a "flower boy" at his wedding. This came as a shock to Kyle, who had Carl be the officiant and co-best man at his 2021 wedding to Amanda.
During an episode of the Summer House After Show, Amanda said that she thought that Kyle's role as a flower boy was a "f—k you" from Lindsay, but she tried to remain supportive of her husband. "I know Kyle would have loved, more than anything, to be a bigger part in the wedding," Amanda said. "But Lindsay severed a lot of [Carl]'s friendships and cut a lot of people out of his life, and they were just no longer close as they used to be."
Lindsay, however, provided some clarity to the flower boy role during that same episode of the Summer House After Show. "It was an adult only resort, no children allowed," she explained. "We [couldn't] have flower girls or boys...[Kyle and Carl] were still repairing their relationship over [the] summer, so we wanted to figure out a way. So, I was like, why don't we have flower boys and you can make Kyle a flower boy?"
