Lindsay Is Staying in the Apartment She & Carl Shared — But Is She Paying $13K in Rent?
Summer House's Lindsay Hubbard opened up about why she renewed the lease on Manhattan apartment she once shared with Carl Radke.
Lindsay Hubbard recently revealed an update on her living situation.
Following her 2023 split from Carl Radke, Lindsay has continued to live in the Manhattan apartment they previously shared (watch the video above for a tour).
On an April episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, Lindsay noted that her lease is up in June, and more recently, she revealed where she plans to live now.
"I renewed [the lease]," Lindsay shared on the May 21 episode of the Bitch Bible podcast.
As Paige DeSorbo revealed on Summer House Season 7, Episode 10, Lindsay and Carl paid $13,000 per month in rent for the apartment. However, Lindsay will not be paying that amount when her new lease starts.
"My landlord and I worked out a deal where she actually reduced the rent," she explained on the podcast. "Which never happens in New York."

Why didn't Lindsay Hubbard move after Carl Radke split?
While some fans have wondered why Lindsay decided to stay in the apartment following the end of her engagement to Carl, she explained on the podcast that it made sense financially to renew the lease rather than move.
"I was crunching all of these numbers," she said. "I had actually gone to look at like seven or eight different apartments with one of my best friends, who is a broker. I love my neighborhood, so I was looking around my neighborhood, but I still need a two-bedroom because I have too much sh-t for a one-bedroom. And it's New York. You just need space."
"All these apartments were a little less expensive," she continued. "But I'm gonna have to move, and pay movers, pay the organizers, pay the broker fees, pay the new building condo fees to then potentially hate the location and then move again in a year."
Lindsay is "in the process" of making some changes to the apartment now that she's living there without Carl.
"We're getting rid of the bed, the bed frame, the rugs, [and] the couch. I f-cking hate that couch," she said. "I've hated it since the moment it arrived in my apartment. So that is gone."
