As previously reported, Luann is scheduled to appear in court on January 25. Earlier this week, she returned home following a 21-day stay at an alcohol treatment center, which she voluntarily checked herself into after her arrest in Florida last month. "It’s good to be home. I’m doing great. Spending time with friends and family. Thanking everyone for your continued good wishes and support," she wrote on Tuesday, January 23.

Luann was arrested in Palm Beach on December 24 on charges of battery on an officer, disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest with violence, and crimes against a person. Following the incident, she released a statement to The Daily Dish, sharing, "This was my first time in Palm Beach since my wedding, and being here brought up long-buried emotions. I want to offer my sincere apologies to anyone I might have offended with my behavior. I am committed to a transformative and hopeful 2018."
