The Real Housewives of New York City cabaret performer shot those rumors down at the time, telling PEOPLE: “I’m glad the judge was understanding once made aware of the evidence provided and I was then released. I am now looking forward to completing my remaining few months of probation. I want to put this behind me and move forward with my life.”

When she appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen this week, she offered more insight into that court appearance and where her legal matters stand today.

"The outcome was that I got stricter probation rules until the end of August," she said on WWHL. "So I'm almost done and then this will be behind me 100 percent. But I paid very dearly for the last year for one very big mistake. I'll be glad to put it behind me. And I feel like I learned a lot about myself in this year — it's been more than a year," she added while appearing in the Clubhouse, before sharing why she looks at it like a "blessing," which you can check out in the clip above.

Below, Luann reflects on what has been an emotional Season 11 for herself and the RHONY ladies.
