The Real Housewives of New York’s LuAnn de Lesseps has babies on the brain. (But not her own French-babbling mini Jacques.)
"Jessica has always been open about her struggle to maintain a healthy weight and as a star who is also a spokeswoman for Weight Watchers, she has even more pressure than the average women to return to her pre-baby weight," Lu writes in her What Would the Countess Do column for OK! Magazine about Jessica Simpson’s slim down plans.
The fashion mogul, who gave birth to daughter Maxwell Drew in May, recently told Katie Couric that she’s just 10 pounds away from her target weight and has already dropped more than 40 pounds. "I thought my doctors were telling me that it was just a lot of water and whenever my water broke my whole entire stomach would go down but that did not happen," Jess confesses. "All the weight did not come out with the baby."
Kicking her nursing background into action, LuAnn adds, "It’s best to lose baby weight by eating right and exercising because extreme dieting can be dangerous to both the mother and the baby especially if the baby is breastfed."
