Dr. Contessa Metcalfe is sharing a sweet update on her marriage to her husband, Dr. Scott Metcalfe. The Married to Medicine cast member recently offered a glimpse into her relationship, posting to Instagram a romantic new photo with her spouse.

On September 9, Contessa took to Instagram to capture a heartwarming moment with her hubby. In the picture, the couple can be seen sharing an affectionate embrace while enjoying a sunny day out on a boat together. The snuggly selfie shows Contessa wearing a designer swimsuit and flashing a big smile as Scott playfully bends over to give her a kiss.

Contessa let the cute photo speak for itself, captioning it with just a couple of red heart emojis.

Several Bravolebs couldn’t help but remark on the picture. “Yasssss sexxxxxxxy kissss,” fellow Married to Medicine cast member Toya Bush-Harris wrote in the comments, while The Real Housewives of New York City’s Eboni K. Williams added, “Ok…LOVE.”

Earlier this summer, Contessa opened up about how she and Scott reached a much better place in their marriage after going through a rough patch in Season 8 of Married to Medicine.

“This year, it’s a brand-new Contessa. When we came back from New York [after the reunion], I felt like our relationship was hopeless. I did,” she said in the Season 9 premiere on July 10. “I felt like we had exhausted all options, and I did not want to continue to be in this hamster wheel. We talked to the children about we are going to get divorced. I had the Realtor. We were gonna sell the house. Scott would not sign the listing paperwork, and he said that instead of doing that he’s gonna go to therapy, and that’s what happened. And the rest is history, in a good way.”
