Phaedra Parks Set to Divorce Apollo Nida

It's over!

Phaedra Parks is getting ready to end her marriage with Apollo Nida, her rep tells E! News.

"[She] has retained an attorney with the intent of amicably ending her marriage," the rep says.

Last month, Apollo checked himself into prison for an 8-year sentence for fraud. Earlier this year, he pleaded guilty to charges of mail, wire, and bank fraud in Georgia. Appearing in court, he expressed regret and said he took "full responsibility for [my] actions...It was a dumb situation I put myself in. It's my fault at the end of the day."

With Apollo in prison, Phaedra is focusing on raising their two sons, Dylan and Ayden, her rep told E!. "She is now putting all of her energy into ensuring the well-being of her two children and making decisions that are in their best interests. This situation has put a tremendous strain on Phaedra and her family and she is working hard to bring back a sense of normalcy to everyone's lives."
