Kandi Burruss is spending some quality time with her family. The Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member recently took to Instagram to share a sweet photo with her kids from her family vacation, which included her son, Ace Tucker, and daughters, Blaze Tucker and Riley Burruss.
"Went on vacay [and] this is the only pic I took!" Kandi wrote in the caption of her June 1 post, which showed the RHOA mom, all smiles, surrounded by Ace, Riley, and Blaze while on their recent family trip together. She went on add a heartwarming note in the caption, writing, "This was the only pic I needed."
This isn't the only photo with her family Kandi has shared in recent weeks. She also posted a series of fun moments from her May 22 appearance Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen alongside Lil Jon, which included Riley joining her mom on WWHL as the Clubhouse bartender. Kandi also opened up on Twitter about Riley following the Clubhouse appearance, writing in a May 22 post, "I’m really proud of her!"
Last month, Kandi and Todd Tucker also celebrated Ace's latest milestone together, as their 6-year-old recently graduated from kindergarten. “Congratulations to my Acey Pooh! He graduated kindergarten today!” Kandi wrote in the caption of her Instagram post, which featured a video of her and Todd dancing along with Ace, who was donning a graduation cap and gown. “Give my baby [Ace Tucker] some love!”
Speaking of family, Kandi and Todd also opened up in a recent interview with Bravo Insider what it's been like balancing their various business ventures along with family, including their kids Riley, Kaela Tucker, Ace, and Blaze.
“You don’t find the balance. My new thing is one day at a time," said Todd, adding, "Like, just continue to have a good day and try to make everybody, from family to [Kandi], make everyone feel good, and try to make yourself feel good, one day at a time. That’s all I can do."
Kandi also explained how she tried to make it all work. “So coming into this new year, I was like, I wanted to be intentional about taking care of our relationship first or whatever. So I was like, OK, every month I’m gonna try to plan something just for [us] that’s not work [related]. You know what I mean?” she said. “Like something that he and I can do, a quick getaway, whatever it may be. So that it’s like we have our moment just to focus on us.”
