Larsa and Marcus Dish on "Hurtful" Comments About 16-Year "Age Gap" and If They'll Have Kids
The Real Housewives of Miami couple, Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan, got candid while addressing “some strong opinions” about their relationship.
It’s been over a year since Larsa Pippen confirmed her relationship with Marcus Jordan, and their bond has never been stronger.
In fact, viewers have received a firsthand glimpse into Larsa and Marcus’ love bubble on Season 6 of The Real Housewives of Miami, where they showcase PDA and openly discuss their separation anxiety when they are away from each other.
Although Larsa and Marcus are under a love spell, that doesn’t mean their relationship hasn’t been subject to “some strong opinions.” One issue that constantly arises is the couple’s age gap, which Larsa has addressed before, saying, “I feel like I should have love, I should be able to date who I want, I should be able to live happy and just go wherever I want to go and not be judged every time I’m seen with someone.”
On Season 6, Episode 12 of RHOM, which aired on January 17, Larsa and Marcus touched upon the topic again to finally set the record straight for good.

During the episode, viewers got a behind-the-scenes look at the duo filming their podcast, Separation Anxiety with Larsa Pippen and Marcus Jordan. While in the act, Marcus and Larsa reflected on their 16-year age difference, which prompted the latter to share how “hurtful” it is when people would refer to her as Marcus’ “Auntie.”
When the time came for Marcus to give his take on the situation, he admitted that he was comfortable with dating an older woman.
“I don’t think there’s a hard part about the age gap. I just think it's public perception around the age gap,” Marcus said in a confessional with Larsa. “And I feel like if the ages were reversed, then it wouldn’t be an issue or as much of an issue.”
Of course, Larsa agreed with her boyfriend’s sentiments by saying, “That’s so true.”

That wasn’t the only thing Larsa and Marcus discussed while recording their podcast on RHOM. They also chatted about the possibility of starting a family after Larsa revealed that she underwent an egg retrieval surgery in the past and she has "11 eggs" stored in LA.
And while the couple aren’t ready to become new parents anytime soon, Larsa did tell Marcus he would “be a great dad.”
As for how many babies Larsa and Marcus would like to have in the future. Marcus joked that Larsa has enough eggs stored to have a “starting five,” to which she responded, “We’re not having five kids.”

Larsa is 49-years-old, and Marcus is 33-year-old. On December 24, Larsa took to Instagram to show some love to Marcus on his special day by sharing a photo of them kissing. “Happy birthday my love! I’m so blessed to have you in my life,” she captioned the post.
