We Have a Surprising Update on Dolores Catania and Margaret Josephs’ Friendship

Dolores Catania was notably neutral in the feud between sisters-in-law Teresa Giudice and Melissa Gorga, but did that affect her bond with Melissa’s close pal Margaret Josephs?

Are Margaret Josephs and Dolores Catania still friends?
Though Margaret was the one who first brought up the fact that Dolores” boyfriend, Paul “Paulie” Connell, is still legally married to his estranged wife on The Real Housewives of New Jersey After Show, the two are still great friends today.
Both Margaret and Dolores shared photos on their respective Instagram feeds from their most recent hangout, which was them stepping out for a close friend’s 50th birthday party. The ladies’ guys, Joe Benigno and Paulie, were in attendance for the soiree as well.
“Celebrate with a bang and get lost in the night,” Margaret captioned her post, which featured a photo of the two aforementioned couples and two videos from the celebration itself.
Dolores, who wore a pink midi dress, shared the same photo as Margaret, who rocked a green minidress, on her Instagram page.
“Great fun last night celebrating our friend Robert’s 50th,” Dolores shared in her caption.
Margaret Josephs’ Comments About Dolores Catania’s Boyfriend, Paulie
Dolores and Margaret have been close pals for quite some time now, but the latter castmate dropped a bombshell about Paulie during the RHONJ After Show back when Season 13 was airing.
After Paulie made a comment on the show about having an engagement ring picked out for Dolores, Margaret shared whether she thinks the two will one day make it down the aisle.
“I mean, I guess it’s hard to get married if you’re not divorced,” Margaret said about Paulie and Dolores on the RHONJ After Show. “You can give rings, I guess.”
However, Paulie’s marital status wasn’t actually an issue for Dolores, as she confirmed during Part 3 of the Season 13 reunion.
“Well, you can’t get married if you’re married, Paulie,” she joked after Paulie said that his marriage was “not causing a problem” in his relationship with Dolores.
The Irishman also shared that Dolores and his ex-wife are on positive terms with each other.
“She knows I would never bring someone around my children that I did not respect,” he said about his ex. “And Dolores is the first woman that I’ve ever brought around my kids, and I have been separated for over 14 years.”
