Here's How Robyn Dixon Feels About Wendy Osefo's Hot Mic Moment
The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member weighed in on the surprising moment on Watch What Happens Live.
Dr. Wendy Osefo's hot mic moment left Robyn Dixon feeling vindicated.
The Real Housewives of Potomac cast member revealed as much during Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen on October 30. "I was like, 'thank you!'" Robyn said, "because I kind of knew that everyone was feeling the same way that we were feeling."
As such, Robyn "didn't appreciate" that she and Gizelle Bryant "were being made out to be the bad people in that situation for speaking the truth."
The situation, as RHOP fans may recall, revolved around Mia Thornton's Instagram post that alluded to a health scare. Robyn was among those to express her confusion on the matter, and later, Wendy accused her of calling Mia "a liar." Robyn insisted that wasn't the case, and while the disagreement may have ended there, Wendy's subsequent hot mic moment — during which she commented on the Mia situation — further complicated things.
On WWHL, Andy followed up by asking Robyn if she's recently spoken to Wendy "No, of course not," she responded.
The pair also discussed Wendy's response to the hot mic moment, which came in the form of a tweet. "When you get caught on a hot mic," Wendy wrote, adding the woozy, melting, and crying-laughing emojis and the hashtag “fake saint” alongside a meme that read "oops..."
Andy said Wendy "owned" the moment by acknowledging it in the post, but as Robyn replied, "But she didn't own that she was lying and pretty much trying to paint Robyn and Gizelle as the bad guys."
