Ryan Serhant Takes You Inside His Brooklyn Townhouse Renovation in New Bravo Series

Ryan Serhant ended Season 7 of Million Dollar Listing New York with a major life moment. He and wife Emilia Bechrakis Serhant purchased a townhouse to start their next chapter together in Brooklyn.

Ever since then, Ryan and Emilia have undertaken a massive renovation of their new 7,900-square-foot home. Now, we're about to get a front row seat to all of the construction, drama, and Greek traditions the couple encountered along the way in Bravo's new limited series, Million Dollar Listing: Ryan's Renovation, premiering Thursday, June 3 at 10:15/9:15c.

What started as building their dream home for their expanding family, which now includes 2-year-old daughter Zena, has turned into a project to accommodate Ryan and Emilia's extended family as well. The couple decided to build out the basement level of the five-floor property into a suite for Emilia's mother. But, of course, the rest of Emilia's family, who's originally from Greece, and their opinions come along with that. Ryan seems particularly "nervous" about what Emilia's dad will think of the townhouse.

That definitely won't be the only challenge Ryan and Emilia encounter during this huge reno. With construction always throwing unexpected curveballs, including delays due to the pandemic and millions spent over budget, each episode will chronicle how Ryan and Emilia deal with unforeseen setbacks, as well as showcase the townhouse's transformation.
