Over the course of five seasons of Million Dollar Listing New York, no two agents have had a stronger rivalry than Fredrik Eklund and Ryan Serhant. The two Big Apple moguls haven't always seen eye-to-eye, nor have they shied away from throwing some Real Housewives-size shade at one another (case in point: Season 5's social media-gate). As fans will see on this week's episode, the duo finally come face to face after having not seen each other in over a year. But have they avoided each other because they actually dislike one another, or could it be something else entirely? Luis D. Ortiz has a theory. 

"They love each other, they just don't show it," Luis told The Daily Dish. "I have this feeling Ryan is obsessed with Fredrik. Fredrik is obsessed with Ryan. I am obsessed with both. I just made that up, but it's funny."

To avoid any of that drama, Fredrik revealed on Watch What Happens Live last month that he chose to sit out Ryan's upcoming wedding to Emilia Bechrakis. And whatever the case may be between the twosome, earlier this season Ryan explained whether it's easy for the trio to put their feelings aside to make real estate deals. "It's hard. Especially then when we watch the show and see what everyone said during interviews. It's always weird. I think I try my best to really separate what's the drama that is caught in those few minutes compared to the overall life that I have with these guys," Ryan said. "But it is hard. It's a super competitive business. I think that's why people enjoy watching the three of us because everything you're watching is very real. As embarrassing as some of it may be, this is my life."
