Well, now that Vicki Gunvalson and Steve Lodge are officially engaged, you just might be wondering how he asked his longtime love to marry him. Lucky for you, The Daily Dish has all the details.
To begin, Steve got the blessing of all their kids (six between them, to be exact), which makes the proposal a family affair, indeed.
Then, he wanted to keep the proposal private and low-key. As the tale goes, he made her dinner and caught The Real Housewives of Orange County OG off guard when he asked her to marry him that night after she came home from working at Coto Insurance. The proposal that night was a surprise, but spoiler alert: she said yes to it and is now rocking a 5.5-carat ring.
Sources tell The Daily Dish that she's "over the moon. She's so happy and so in love."
As for Steve, well, he had this message on Instagram: “ #blessedday... #happywifehappylife.“
Vicki has been married twice before and has two children, Briana Culberson and Michael Wolfsmith, from her first marriage. Vicki and Steve began dating in spring 2016 after meeting at a Boys & Girls Club charity event in Anaheim three years ago. Since then, they have marked off all sorts of milestones, including meeting each other's families, going on vacations, and sharing their romance with the world on RHOC, which, of course, included some drama.
