Tom Sandoval has been hanging with a new BFF these days — and we mean literally.

The Vanderpump Rules cast member documented a recent workout sesh on Instagram, and he was accompanied by none other than Scheana Shay's boyfriend, Brock Davies. According to the photo Tom posted on Instagram on July 1, it looks like Brock was spotting Tom as he hung upside down from some workout equipment.

Tom showed his appreciation for Brock's help in the gym — and in life — shouting out his friend in the caption to the photo. "Real friends don’t leave u hangin!" Tom wrote, seeming to refer to Brock as his "new bestie" in one of the hashtags included in the post.

There's no one better than Brock to have by your side while you're working out. The rugby player is also a gym owner and personal trainer.

Of course, Tom has been there for Brock's big moments as well. After it was announced this spring that the upcoming Season 9 of Vanderpump Rules would be going into production, we got a sneak peek of how Scheana was preparing to welcome her first child with Brock, who would later be born in April, as Tom and Ariana Madix showed their support for the mom-to-be at the time. Tom, Ariana, and Scheana will all be returning for the new season of Vanderpump Rules, along with Lisa Vanderpump, Tom Schwartz, Katie Maloney-Schwartz, Lala Kent, James Kennedy, and Raquel Leviss.

As much as Tom has been hanging with Brock these days, he definitely still makes time for his other best friends forever: the other half of the iconic Tom Tom duo, Schwartz, and his longtime love, Ariana.
