The Don't Be Tardy chef underwent an oophorectomy, the surgical removal of one or both ovaries, in January. When Kim Zolciak-Biermann and Kroy Biermann stopped by The Daily Dish HQ not long after the procedure, they confirmed that their longtime personal chef and BFF had been given "a clean bill of health." "So she just has to recover, and she's doing great. I think she's waiting on a couple more results, but so far, so good," Kroy said. "So we're very thankful, very happy."

Around the time of the surgery, Tracey appeared on Kim's podcast and explained she had a number of diagnostic tests, including ones to see if she had cancer, after learning she needed surgery to remove a cyst. Kim later confirmed that the Bravo's Top Chef alum was cancer-free.

As it turns out, Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi also suffers from endometriosis and works as an advocate to bring awareness to the issue.

Tracey has shared quite a bit about her life in 2019. In addition to opening up about her health, she also confirmed that she is the mom to a 1-year-old son, Kannon, noting that with him by her side, "This has been the best year of my life!!"
