The Vanderpump Rules Cast's Many Businesses, From Restaurants to Beauty Brands
Discover SURvers' other ventures, including eyelashes, witchy wine, and beer cheese.
If there's one thing we know about Bravolebrities, it's that they mean business — in every sense of the word. Seeing as Vanderpump Rules was founded on its cast members' linked careers at the one and only SUR restaurant in Los Angeles, it's only fitting that they've gone out in the world to create thriving businesses of their own.
Take Lala Kent for example. Once a SUR hostess, she's now the proud owner of Give Them Lala, a brand that's tackled the beauty, apparel, baby, and literary markets. As we well know, the Toms (a.k.a. Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz) are also proud restaurant owners these days. And Lisa? Well, the Vanderpump-Todd empire is still thriving.
Keep scrolling to discover the businesses cast members have owned over the years. (And no, Jax Taylor's sweater line never came to fruition and thus doesn't count.)
Lisa Vanderpump's Vast Business Empire
While best known for her restaurant empire, the Vanderpump Rules matriarch and executive producer is a true Renaissance woman.
Lisa Vanderpump's Restaurants
Lisa has a number of successful hotspots under her belt. She and her husband, Ken Todd, have owned over 30 restaurants and bars for over 30 years in the United States and England.
Most obviously, there's SUR, a.k.a. Sexy Unique Restaurant — a standby in West Hollywood since 1998 that served as the backdrop for early VPR drama. In 2005, Lisa and Ken partnered with owner Guillermo Zapata to turn the longstanding restaurant into what it is today.
While the now-closed Villa Blanca and its employees also got some attention during the first seasons of VPR, Lisa's partnership with the Toms, TomTom, has gotten more airtime in recent seasons. Having opened in 2018, the restaurant has already been the site of a number of iconic moments.
Other spots of Lisa's include: Pump, which closed in 2023; Vanderpump Cocktail Garden in Las Vegas; and Vanderpump à Paris, which appeared on Season 10 of Vanderpump Rules.
In 2023, Lisa announced that she plans to open Wolf by Vanderpump in Lake Tahoe as well as her third Las Vegas establishment, Pinky’s by Vanderpump, a restaurant and bar set to debut in the iconic Flamingo Hotel located on the Las Vegas strip.
Lisa Vanderpump's Dog Rescue Foundation
Lisa and Ken launched The Vanderpump Dogs Foundation in 2016. A non-profit that aims to improve the well-being of dogs around the world, their organization is headquartered in Los Angeles.
Lisa Vanderpump's Alcohol Business
Have you ever heard a cast member order a glass of Vanderpump Rosé? Of course you have. Over the years, Lisa has launched a number of liquor lines including the pink wine, LVP Sangria, and Vanderpump Vodka.
Lisa Vanderpump's Blog
As if she wasn't busy enough, Lisa also runs a website — veryvanderpump.com — with her daughter Pandora.
Lisa Vanderpump’s Home Decor Collection with Nick Alain
In 2019, Lisa announced that she would be launching her own lighting collection with her go-to designer/creative director Nick Alain called the Vanderpump Alain collection. (It's also part of the decor at Lisa's joint venture, TomTom, in the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden in Vegas, and in Lisa's home, Villa Rosa.)
Since then, the collection has expanded to include furniture, home accessories, and outdoor pieces.
Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval's Restaurants: TomTom and Schwartz & Sandy's
The Toms are partners in a lot of things, with best friendship being the most obvious. In 2018, they took their relationship to the next level when they opened TomTom alongside Lisa and Ken.
A few years later, the duo decided to spread their wings and open up another spot with a business partner, Greg. Schwartz & Sandy's officially opened in November 2022.
Katie Maloney and Ariana Madix's Sandwich Shop, Something About Her
During Season 9, Katie Maloney and Ariana Madix announced their plans to open an unapologetically feminine sandwich shop: Something About Her. In episodes since, fans have seen inside the space (it's right down the street from SUR!) and watched the women go through plenty of tasting rounds. Due to a whole smattering of regularory delays, the shop is still not open — but the time is coming!
"It's not so simple as making sandwiches and decorating the inside. It's a whole situation with all of it, but we are plugging away and we will be open soon, I promise," shared Ariana during a TalkShopLive appearance in October.

Later, she gave another update to BravoTV.com.
"We have an incredible menu," she said. "Amazing staff. Very excited people ready to go. So we're just kind of waiting on that thumbs up, that stamp of approval."
And while you can't taste the sandwiches (yet), the business is already quite fruitful. During the Season 10 reunion, Ariana and Katie revealed that they'd made $200,000 from the shop's merch alone.
Lala Kent's Give Them Lala Beauty Brand
When Lala first launched Give Them Lala, she wanted to create a brand that was all hers.
“I started Give them Lala because I wanted independence. I don’t ever want to be dependent on my man," she shared in Season 9, Episode 13. “I started with six lip glosses. Now here we are, a successful brand."
Today, her brand encompasses a number of products, including Give Them Lala Beauty cosmetics, Give Them Lala Skin skincare, and Give Them Lala Baby children's clothes.
She also published a memoir under the brand name: Give Them Lala.
Kristina Kelly's HEARTSPRING and VICENTE
During Season 10, Episode 13 of Vanderpump Rules, former cast member Kristina Kelly shared a look at her long-time business venture HEARTSPRING. Kristina originally started her brand in 2016 with three lip balms, working on the business during the day while picking up SUR shifts at night. Today, she also offers face mists, soaps, and body scrubs in a whole host of natural and lovely scents.
"Launching Heartspring was something that came very natural to me as I felt incredibly passionate about sharing and educating people about the importance of taking care of our bodies and what products we should use," she writes on her website.
In September 2023, she and co-founder Keely Brittles launched their fashion line, VICENTE, with a silk slip dress.
Scheana Shay's Viva Verano Eyelash Brand
Scheana Shay has long been a fan of dramatic eyelashes. "They're so soft," she told BravoTV.com of her mink lashes in 2014. "Insanely soft. I like to stack two of them together, so I do a full one and a wispy one. I actually want to try to do a lash line as well, so that's something that I will figure out in the next few months. You don't need any mascara at all. It just gives you a natural, soft lash look, but you can't cry with them! I didn't wear them to the wedding because I knew I was going to cry."
Cut to today, and she's officially made a business out of the signature look. Viva Verano faux mink lashes are cruelty free and synthetic, and "never ever" tested or derived from animals. Having launched in 2022, the company's three styles are named after Scheana's adorable daughter: "summer," "moon," and "honey."
Brock Davies' Homebody Live Fitness
During Season 9, a major point of contention came when Brock Davies asked James Kennedy to promote his fitness business: Homebody Live Fitness.
The company, a "live streaming fitness platform and all-in-one health and wellness marketplace designed for creators to monetize their content, engage with users in real time and build their brands and businesses," was founded in 2020.
Katie Maloney's Beauty Company Pucker & Pout
During Season 4, Episode 15 of VPR, Katie threw a party to launch her beauty blog: Pucker & Pout.
Years later, she relaunched the brand, with the corresponding party broadcast during Season 6, Episode 19. Next to creating blog content, Katie also had a few physical lipsticks and liners (a collaboration with celebrity makeup artist Julie Hewett) and was hoping to expand Pucker & Pout into a "lifestyle company."
Kristen Doute's T-Shirt Company James Mae
Kristen relaunched her clothing brand James Mae, which is named after her niece and nephew, in 2018. Today, the business is still kicking, with a number of her classic designs currently available for pre-order.
Kristen Doute's Vegetarian Website
Another thing we know about Kristen (that somehow her then-boyfriend, Tom Sandoval, didn't know when he took her to a Korean steakhouse in Season 2): She's a longtime vegetarian.
At one point, she shared her veggie-eating wisdom with the world via her website Vegiholic, where she shared recipes, recommendations, and rants.
Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright's Sports Bar and Beer Cheese
While Jax Taylor had a number of business ideas during his time on VPR (see: a chunky sweater line, his Season 3 fitness app), few of them panned out. One that did, however? His beer cheese, which he launched alongside wife Brittany Cartwright.
After years of planning, Mamaw's Beer Cheese is finally here — and only available at the couple's new sports bar, Jax's Studio City.
Katie Maloney, Kristen Doute, and Stassi Schroeder's Witches of WeHo Wine Company
In 2018, VPR's original trio got together to combine two things they love: wine and the occult. Potion number one? A pinot grigio, of course.
While the founders went through a rough patch, the wine held strong. You can still buy it online today.
Ally Lewber's Astrology Business
It was written in the stars. When Ally Lewber joined the Vanderpump cast in Season 10, fans were thrilled to find out she was an impressive astrologer. You can book readings with Ally on her website.
