116-Pound Kim Kardashian Credits This Diet for Her Tiny, 24-Inch Waist

Kim Kardashian promises she hasn't had any ribs removed. But she has removed a few things from her diet.

Kim Kardashian's teenier-than-ever waist has been the subject of much discussion — and the reality star herself hasn't stayed mum about her weight loss. Back in 2018, the lawyer-in-training shared that her weight had dropped to 116 pounds thanks, in part, to her vigorous workout regime.

But when she showed up at the 2019 Met Gala wearing a Thierry Mugler gown that made her midsection look positively minuscule, speculation began to swirl. Had Kardashian had ribs removed? Well, no. But she's not eating any ribs, either. 

A recent Instagram Story caught the KKW Beauty mogul in conversation with a pal, who was marveling over that oft-discussed snatched waist. "Don’t worry. I didn’t remove any ribs, you guys," Kardashian quipped. She added, "I think that honestly being a vegan now helps."

Wait! Does this mean no more Rolls-Royce runs to McDonald's? While we're not sure if Kardashian is entirely vegan, she has been open about her plans to embrace more plants. 

Back in April, the Calabasas mama shared her intentions to follow a "plant-based diet" while at home, and had photos of an açaí bowl and a colorful veggie hash to prove it. Later, she shared more adventures from her "plant-based life" when she captured her sea moss smoothie. And of course, she'll always have her salads
