Kandi Burruss Slayed in a Smoldering Black Gown to Sing the National Anthem
The Real Housewives of Atlanta songstress joined Xscape in an edgy, all-black look at a performance for the Atlanta Falcons.
Kandi Burruss can add yet another major moment to her long list of accomplishments. The Real Housewives of Atlanta singer joined the members of her famous girl group, Xscape, to sing the national anthem. On Sunday, December 6, Kandi and company graced the Atlanta Falcons versus New Orleans Saints game with her stunning presence and she had just the smoldering, sleek, black ensemble for the occasion.
"Today #Xscape is singing the National Anthem for the @atlantafalcons Vs @saints game! #GoFalcons #Atlanta," Kandi excitedly wrote in her Instagram post on the same day. In the clips, Kandi and the ladies of Xscape geared up for their patriotic moment in a slew of curve-hugging, elegant, monochromatic looks.
Kandi brought her signature slay to the equation in a form-fitting, low-cut, black gown with formidable shoulder pads, sheer paneling, and draped details. The sultry, wrap-effect dress included a daring, high-cut slit and long sleeves. Kandi added a bit of volume courtesy of her polished, side-parted, textured, low ponytail filled with lush curls. The music industry pro wore a few blingy baubles for a bit of shine, including her glittering, geometric earrings and embellished, strappy sandals.
Her ribbed, jersey dress by Zhivago is a longer version of their best-selling Eye of Horus Dress ($484), making it the perfect look to pull double duty as Kandi celebrated the premiere of RHOA Season 13.
