Porsha Williams Feels "Recharged" After Starting a New Fitness Journey

The Real Housewives of Atlanta mom shares a glimpse at her vigorous new workout routine.

Porsha Williams is embarking on a new journey. After revealing that she returned to her "baby vegan" ways last September and that she lost 10 pounds as a result, The Real Housewives of Atlanta mom is now ready to focus on another part of her healthy lifestyle: exercise. 

With a fabulous new look and a fresh mindset, Porsha is back in the gym. The ATL talk show host and entrepreneur teamed up with trainer Darrell Patterson to work on her fitness, and she shared a peek at her new workout regimen on Instagram. 

"1st Day!!" Porsha captioned a clip of herself breaking a sweat at the gym while doing a variety of full-body exercises. "I felt so inspired today after witnessing such an emotional inauguration... that I decided to step out on faith!" 

Porsha continued, "I feel recharged and I truly believe we can conquer the things we are ailing from by taking charge of our lives and do what we can today for a better tomorrow! I’ve been on a spiritual journey and now [I’m] ready to elevate and complete the process by caring for my temple!"
