Check out the State-of-the-Art Staircase in Dorit & PK Kemsley’s New $6.5M Home
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple's new house has a photo-worthy entryway.
This we know: Dorit Kemsley loves her a fancy staircase. How do we know? From her litany of social media posts, of course.
Prior to moving into her new $6.5 million Encino home — which is, by the way, very close to Kyle Richards’ stunning abode — Dorit lived in that other multi-million dollar home with a stunning central staircase that was the backdrop to many a photo shoot. (The Beverly Hills manse has been on and off the market for more than two years, first listed back in 2017 for a whopping $12.75 million, whereas today the asking price is $7.499 million.)
Dorit and her husband, PK, were looking to transition from vertical living — the Beverly Hills home was tall with a very narrow backyard — into a more spacious, kid-friendly home. Which is exactly what, according to Variety, the couple did by purchasing a $6.475 million mansion with .36 acres of land in Encino. Since moving in, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills couple has been giving sneak peeks of their new digs here and there, but the one thing we keep seeing over and over (and over again!) is Dorit’s favorite photo backdrop: The new staircase!
While her former home’s central staircase was glamorous and traditional, the new entryway’s flight is floating, mixing light wood with black iron and wrapping up to the second floor. The result is a striking, state-of-the-art focal point for the home.
