Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave's husband, Edwin, just had a birthday. As he turned 43 years old on April 19, the Skyline Security CEO was showered with love from his family — and he also had a little more sugar to complement all the sweetness. 

In her Instagram Stories from Edwin's special day, Teddi captured a heartwarming scene. The dad of four sat at his kitchen table, with his three oldest kids standing beside him and the littlest one, baby Dove, in his arms. As the group serenaded him with the birthday song, colorful candles flickered on a birthday cake, ready for Edwin's wish.

The fluffy, golden cake appeared to have a creamy center, and it had a light dusting of powdered sugar on top.There was also a birthday message on the treat, where green frosting spelled out: Happy Birthday Daddy! 

Though we don't have any scientific proof that this cake comes from the RHOBH-adored Sweet Lady Jane bakery, it looks an awful lot like the hotspot's New York-style cheesecake. Plus, the green icing brings to mind the cake that Kim Richards' daughter recently wrangled for her son. But whatever the exact flavor the cake was, it was clearly served up with love. 

Meanwhile, Edwin's not the only one in his family who's celebrating a birthday. On April 20, Teddi shared a candid snap of her newborn daughter, writing: "Dove turned two months this week and I’m not sure if I was less prepared for how fast she’s growing or for this pic being taken."
