We Finally Know the Opening Date for Lisa Vanderpump's New Las Vegas Hotspot — See Inside!
The wait for Lisa Vanderpump's fabulous new Caesars Palace hotspot is nearly over at last. Until then take a sneak peek inside — and at the food and drink menu.
Ever since we learned in November that The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills restaurant mogul Lisa Vanderpump was planning to open a Las Vegas venue, we'e been waiting not-so-patiently for news of its official opening date. (And it goes without saying — but we're not the only ones at peak excitement level either.)
Well, at last, we now know officially when Vanderpump Cocktail Garden is opening at Caesars Palace: Save the date for March 30!
Lisa and her team shared the news of Vanderpump Cocktail Garden's grand-opening date — yes, with a full-on pink carpet for celeb arrivals — last night at a preview held at her West Hollywood hotspot Tom Tom (no big deal, but you may now call it the best bar in Southern California). She offered a sneak peak of the food and drink menu — what will be an incredibly flavorful mix of cocktails and rose, plus small and substantial bites, all presented elegantly and fully ready for 'the Gram.
You’re going to recognize some familiar details from Tom Tom — and that’s because designer Nick Alain is once again working with Lisa’s team on the design and decor.
You’ll recognize the gorgeous, lush foliage — think towering trees and dramatic soaring ceilings in a garden-like environment. The venue had previously teased the first image below — but Lisa debuted two new renderings at last night's event as well. Behold:
The pink circular banquette though!
It’s going to be “very ambiance driven,” Lisa explained, but “it’s not going to be an intimidating space,” or overly formal.
“The ambiance is absolutely paramount” in all decision-making, Lisa told us. Like Tom Tom — and everything else Lisa touches — it’s going to be “sexy.”

She also noted “it’s going to feel like a respite” at Caesars Palace, where all the manic casino and shopping action happens right outside.
So next question: When do we all leave for Vegas?
