Jacqueline and Chris Laurita Are Reportedly Facing Foreclosure... and Selling Their Stuff on Facebook
The Real Housewives of New Jersey alums are moving on from their Franklin Lakes digs.
Jacqueline Laurita and husband Chris are so eager to sell their New Jersey manse they recently dropped the price of the home by a cool $100,000. But that’s not all they're selling. The Real Housewives of New Jersey alums have also begun hawking their home’s furnishings as well.
Since March, Chris has posted numerous home items for sale on his Facebook account, including a Theodore Alexander Poker Table ($2,000), crystal chandelier ($5,000) and leather sofa ($800). Many of Chris and Jacqueline’s belongings have already sold — and a signed photo of The Sopranos cast went particularly fast, so if you’re in the market for some lightly used stuff, you’d better better hurry!
The couple have been dealing with foreclosure proceedings on their property over the last several years, so you can say they’re motivated sellers. However, Chris revealed that the sale of the home’s contents has nothing to do with their foreclosure issues. “Why can’t someone write something positive about a family pulling up their bootstraps and moving on to bigger and better opportunities?” Chris told NJ.com. “What we’re doing is a good thing and is best for our families future. We are looking forward to it.”
