Caroline Manzo Toasted Her 59th Birthday with the Fanciest Fizzy Drinks
The Real Housewives of New Jersey OG marked her special day with a fabulous beachside cocktail.
Caroline Manzo is the master of home-cooked Italian meals. But on her 59th birthday, The Real Housewives of New Jersey alum got out of her kitchen and into a beach cabana, where she treated herself to something French.
Taking to Instagram on August 23, the birthday girl shared a snap of a bright orange champagne bucket. Chilling within it was a bottle of 2008 Dom Pérignon, which Caroline was ready to pop the cork on. There was also a carafe of orange juice, and a second bottle of less expensive champs on hand. (Smart move: Some champagnes are just too precious to be mixed into mimosas.)
But before she dug into the boozy spread, the Manzo'd With Children matriarch took a moment to jot down what she'd be toasting to. "Cheers to 59 - I’m blessed beyond measure," Caroline wrote. "We are happy, healthy, and together - that’s a lifetime of birthday wishes answered."
Indeed, the Manzo family spent Caroline's birthday together — and they did it in a chic setting befitting the big celebration. Filming her mother in the cushy cabana at The Berkley Hotel, Lauren Manzo Scalia zoomed in on that champagne. "Dom Pérignon for the Don's birthday," she trilled, as Caroline waved merrily.
Lauren also shared footage of a mimosa toast, and showed off the snacks that came along with the booze. After all, no Manzo family gathering is complete without a charcuterie board.
