Margaret Josephs Celebrates Her Success with a Very Fishy Cake
The Real Housewives of New Jersey business owner's favorite saying was splashed across her cake.
Margaret Josephs has been running a successful business for two decades, and that's no small feat. So when it came time to celebrate the 20th anniversary of her MacBeth Collection, The Real Housewives of New Jersey mogul hosted no small party.
As we saw on the February 5 episode of RHONJ, Margaret hosted a big, swanky bash where even the treats were dipped in gold. And lest anyone forgot who the guest of honor was, a cheeky cake bore one of "the Marge's" signature sayings.
Both Margaret and her party planner Lawrence Scott posted photos of the impressive sweets spread. There were pink cake pops, golden donuts, and a cake that featured this saying in pink icing: "To caviar dreams on a tuna fish budget!"
As Margaret explains on her website, the fishy saying has become her unofficial business mantra. "Whilst many people think success comes easy, I am not from the lucky sperm club," she wrote. "I have had to work hard and hustle my way to achieve my goals. One thing I did always have was 'Caviar Dreams : Tuna Fish Budget' The art of faking it until you make it. In business I was always sure to make my brand look bigger than it was and create hype around my products."
