You Need to See Bethenny, Andy & Ben’s Impassioned Conversation About Lasagna
When the RHONY alum called the WWHL host as part of a TikTok trend, his 3-year-old’s strong opinion on lasagna sparked an unexpected — and hilarious — debate.
In a September video shared to Instagram and TikTok, Stella Drivas of HungryHappens asked a question while showing her zucchini lasagna loaf recipe: “Why is no one talking about mini lasagnas in a loaf pan?” Well, TikTok creators quickly changed that.
Using Drivas’ audio as the inspiration for hilarious videos, people have been calling everyone from their family members to customer service lines asking to talk about, you guessed it, “mini lasagnas in a loaf pan.” Bethenny Frankel recently got in on the trend with a call to Andy Cohen — and it turns out Andy’s son, Ben, had some strong thoughts on the matter.
“WHY is no one talking about this…” The Real Housewives of New York City alum captioned an October 9 Instagram video. In the clip, she calls Andy and says, “I was wondering if we could talk about mini lasagnas baked in a loaf pan.” After confirming he had heard her correctly, Andy declares, “That’s always a topic I’m on board with, as long as the crust is a little burnt.”
“Maybe you could help me spread awareness about mini lasagnas baked in a loaf pan,” Bethenny quips. As Andy starts to share that he loves lasagna, he is interrupted by Ben, who seems to have a very different opinion on the dish. “I don’t like it, Daddy,” he can be heard telling Andy. When Andy insists that Ben does, in fact, like lasagna, the 3-year-old repeats himself to settle the matter: “I don’t like it.”
As they ended their call, Andy encouraged Bethenny to “spread the word,” and the message quickly got to The Real Housewives of Miami’s Guerdy Abraira, who commented on Bethenny’s video, “That is true actually good idea.”
