Sonja Morgan Shared an Update on Her Legendary Townhouse at BravoCon 2023

Day 3 of BravoCon 2023 featured plenty of apple-flavored tea. During a November 5 panel discussion at Caesar's Forum in Las Vegas, several Real Housewives of New York City alums, who are set to appear on  The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip: RHONY Legacy, sat down with moderator Michael Rappaport.

During the panel, which was dubbed: "The Ultimate Girls Trip Down Memory Lane," Sonja Morgan shared an update on an iconic piece of Bravo real estate. Here's a hint: It has a gorgeous back garden outside and several working interns inside.

After Dorinda Medley talked about opening her Berkshires home, Bluestone Manor, up for public tours, Sonja said: "You think I should do that at the townhouse?" Sonja was, of course, referencing her famous Upper East Side property, which made many cameos on RHONY over the years. 

"How is the townhouse, Sonja?" Rappaport asked. "There's been a lot of speculation, rumors, at one point it was up [for sale], it was down, it was getting sold, where are we at with the townhouse?"

"I'm glad you asked that because when it's rented I take it off the market because I don't show the house when it's rented," Sonja said. "So I had a wonderful family that just left a couple of days ago so now I feel broke again, and then when I rent it, I feel homeless." 

Sonja went on to share that the Bluestone chatelaine had actually given her some sound real-estate advice earlier that morning, while they were in hair and makeup.

"Dorinda and I had a really good chitchat this morning, and she's like 'just auction it and move on with your fabulous life.''" Sonja revealed. 

Real-estate pro Kelly Killoren Bensimon, who was also on the panel, jumped in to offer services. "No auction, I'll sell it," she said. "I will sell that house."

Rappaport also asked Sonja about her current intern situation. "How many interns do we have on the payroll currently?" he asked. When Sonja's old friend Luann De Lesseps quipped: "What payroll?" Sonja admitted: "None of them are paid currently. They get school credit. So I have three living at the townhouse. I [have] one from the University of Virginia, I have one from Cornell, and then I have a couple of fashion interns because, you know, they help me with styling." 

Sonja also shared an update on her love life, which seems to involve a certain Viking. When a fan asked about her current relationship status, Sonja said: "I'm in one lane right now because I'm getting it good with a Viking, so I'm not gonna mess it up."
