UPDATE: On RHONY's Season 13 finale, it was revealed that Sonja is renting out her Upper East Side townhouse townhouse for two years.
Original story continues below:
Whether it's an extended vacation in the desert or a very memorable visit to Josh Flagg's house, Sonja Morgan makes herself at home no matter where she is. So it's no surprise that she's currently feeling fully settled in a New York City hotel.
"My home away from home these days is this hammock on my balcony at the [Arlo Hotels] midtown location," The Real Housewives of New York City cast member captioned an August 27 Instagram photo showing her temporary outdoor space. "I really like the set up here. They have a rooftop bar as well. And ….gym... I may use it in my wedges. Who remembers that scene on [RHONY]?"
Sonja didn't specify exactly why or how long she's staying at the hotel, but she often relocates when her Upper East Side townhouse (which has been on-and-off the market for several years) has new tenants. As she explained on a May episode of the show, "I am a guest in my own house until this gets rented or sold."
While it seems Sonja has plenty to keep her busy at the hotel, she may want to avoid taking one of her beloved bubble baths. In May, while staying with the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent, Sonja "left the water running all night on the bathtub," Josh explained via Instagram Stories. As she watched the water leak through Josh's ceiling, Sonja said, "Oh, no... I'm sorry! You know I love a bath."Just weeks later, Sonja admitted from another pal's residence, "I'm staying at a friend's, and I broke the tub, the drain, I don't know."
