Kelly Dodd’s Fiancé Rick Leventhal Is Selling His Stunning NYC Apartment: See Inside
The RHOC mom and her husband-to-be got engaged in the newly listed home.
Kelly Dodd’s fiancé Rick Leventhal is officially leaving New York City and heading to California. The Real Housewives of Orange County cast member recently confirmed that her husband-to-be is selling his gorgeous, one-bedroom apartment in the Kips Bay neighborhood of Manhattan.
Kelly took to Twitter on May 27 to share a video listing of the bright and airy apartment, located on the 19th floor of a doorman building and currently listed for $825,000. As captured in the video below, the space features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a spacious living room featuring all-light walls and plenty of windows.
But perhaps the most standout part of the home is the 253-square-foot private terrace that comes complete with an outdoor fireplace. That also happens to be a particularly meaningful place for Kelly and Rick, as that’s where the Fox News correspondent popped the question.
"I will always love that apartment because Rick proposed to me there on his terrace overlooking the city. That apartment has brought us both tons of luck," Kelly told People of the listing.
The couple, who recently bought their first home together in California, are now looking forward to the next chapter of their lives. “His future is here with me in California and we’re both so excited for his move, which we hope will happen very soon,” Kelly said.
