And in a recent Instagram Story, the Saint Louis resident shared wryly what a "dinner of champs" looks like at her very kid-friendly home.
In the Story, Meghan's daughter Aspen sat in her high chair shirtless, getting ready to tuck into some processed macaroni and cheese in a ready-to-eat cup — alongside a little plastic bowl of hummus and a sippy cup. It may not be the most sophisticated of meals — but it's "dinner of champs," as Meghan captioned the shot. She added two emojis to sum up her feelings: the face-palm one, and a shrug.
