Ryan Culberson Shares His 117-Calorie (!) Keto Dessert Recipe (It's Just 2 Ingredients)

By now, Vicki Gunvalson's daughter Briana Culberson and son-in-law Ryan Culberson are well known as devotees of the Keto diet, dropping a combined total of 86 pounds, and sharing their successes and inspiration through Ryan's social media.

The Real Housewives of Orange County son-in-law regularly uses his Instagram feed to demonstrate his view that Keto is not hard to follow — and back that up by sharing easy, delicious-looking Keto recipes with his fans.

Where dessert is concerned, consider this "addictive" Keto sweet recipe; this go-to Keto dessert that has just five ingredients, or this Keto blueberry muffin recipe that Ryan says is so good, it just might "change your world."

Now, Ryan is showing off his latest Keto dessert recipe — and there's not much to it, but it just might be easy and tasty enough to change your world, too.

"My type of Keto dessert!" he captioned an Instagram snap showing just two products on a counter: a tub of Enlightened high-protein, low-sugar ice cream in sea salt caramel flavor, alongside a bottle of Choc Zero, a thick chocolate syrup without preservatives or sugar alcohols, which itself has just five ingredients and is Keto friendly.

So if you're keeping score at home, that's 80 calories for the ice cream (if you keep it to one serving), plus 37 calories for the syrup equals a grand total of 117 Keto-compliant calories. Not bad!
