See Beau Clark's "Powder Room Mood Board" — Yes, It's Stassi-Approved
Beau's graphic design skills may need work, but with his plan, the Vanderpump Rules couple will have a stunning bathroom in their $1.7 million Hollywood Hills abode.
Beau Clark has big ideas when it comes to the decor of his new home with Vanderpump Rules cast member Stassi Schroeder. Luckily, his bride-to-be is on board.
"My powder room mood board complete," he captioned an Instagram Story showing pieced-together parts of his dream room. "And approved by [Stassi]."
The photo, which comically includes a toilet in GIPHY form, shows patterned blue tile flooring beneath a marble-top sink, which also features classic wood shelves and gold accents that pop against the white wall backdrop.
While the two are aligned on Beau's creative vision for the room, designing their new abode hasn't come without a few bumps along the way. “It’s a huge challenge to work with Beau on decorating our home because we both have very different styles, but our styles are so strong,” Stassi told BravoTV.com in the video above. “We both have so many opinions, so just melting those together, there have been quite a few arguments. Mild arguments.”
From removing every inch of cherry wood to ripping out a $20K pizza oven, Stassi has been sharing frequent updates with her Instagram followers as the couple renovates the $1.7 million Mediterranean-style home.
"We wanted an older home and we wanted to make it our own,” she explained in the video above, noting that the couple is “redoing bathrooms, redoing a deck, redoing the floors, redoing the railing, turning one of the rooms into my closet, knocking down a wall so that it can be a big office."
In the midst of the construction, the pair was on the road for Stassi's Straight up with Stassi tour, but unexpected postponed dates due to the outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) brought the duo home early — to Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney-Schwartz's house. "We have to go stay at Katie and Tom's because our house isn't livable yet," she explained in an Instagram Story video. "Shout out to Katie and Tom, we're gonna be quarantined together."
