Lala Kent Shares a Look at the Animal-Print Living Room in Her New Home
The Vanderpump Rules cast member has a gorgeous living space in the home she moved into last year.
Earlier this year, Lala Kent opened up about getting settled in her new digs. “It feels like my home because it is my home, and I got to start it from scratch when it came to the paint color and my furniture,” the Vanderpump Rules cast member said in a March Amazon Live. “It was all me. I didn’t have to consult with anybody. I just filled it with everything that I loved.”
While we’ve since seen peeks of the home she moved into late last year, Lala recently gave a full look at the gorgeous details of her living room. In an October 31 Instagram Story video, Lala documented her daughter, Ocean, looking captivated by Hocus Pocus as she stood in front of their gray couch watching the movie. As the clip showed, the room is filled with other chic gray pieces, including abstract wall art, a patterned rug, and multiple throw pillows.
According to E! News, Lala declared during her Amazon Live, “I’m so into animal print and no one can change my mind about it. I feel like animal prints are a neutral.” With that in mind, Lala opted for an ottoman, two chairs, and pillows in a variety of animal prints. The room also has a fireplace, a play area for Ocean, and brass details throughout.
For Lala, moving into the new home that she considers “not gigantic” but “definitely not small” presented an exciting opportunity when it came to home design. “I actually enjoy — contrary to what people may believe — I love smaller, more condensed places,” she shared during the Amazon Live. “I find that they’re easier to decorate.”
