Jax Taylor Slams Katie Maloney for Cheating “Rumor Train,” Says “She Loves to Start Sh-t”
The Valley's Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright reacted to rumors he cheated during the latest episode of the Vanderpump Rules After Show.
Brittany Cartwright and Jax Taylor weren't separated when Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules was being filmed, but it turns out that their relationship was a talking point for some of the cast — more specifically, Katie Maloney, Scheana Shay, and Lala Kent.
The trio found themselves on the topic of the former couple during Vanderpump Rules Season 11, Episode 7 (which aired March 12), and eventually, Katie brought up "stories about [Jax] running around town" despite being married to Brittany.
Now, Jax is reacting to the cheating accusations on the latest edition of the Vanderpump Rules After Show.
Jax Taylor's Response to Rumors He Cheated on Brittany Cartwright
Addressing Katie's comments, Jax said, "Katie loves to f-cking just start sh-t. That's what she does. She sits at home, she plays on her phone, reads something on Reddit or some bullsh-t gossip thing and she'll tell Scheana, tell Lala, and she'll start the rumor train. That's what she does."

The Valley cast member was then asked by a Vanderpump Rules After Show producer if the rumors were "fabricated," and Jax replied, "Absolutely."

On the Vanderpump Rules After Show, Jax also speculated about the source of the rumors that Katie brought up. According to him, they may have stemmed from an appearance that he did in Atlantic City. Scheana, for her part, shared a similar sentiment.
Katie and Ariana, meanwhile, discussed how "blind items" will often pop up about the cast.
Regardless, Jax once again reiterated that there was no truth to the rumors he cheated on Brittany.
Brittany Cartwright Reacts to Rumors Jax Taylor Cheated on Her
Brittany sounded off on the rumors of Jax's infidelity herself, too. She explained that once she learned the specifics, she investigated and "figured out" that he hadn't actually cheated.

What Was Said About Jax Taylor Cheating on Vanderpump Rules
While Katie, Lala, and Scheana were discussing the notion that "people stay, people get married, [and] people have babies" even when they're not happy in their relationships, Scheana used Brittany and Jax as an example. "Look at Jax and Brittany," she said, noting she "could not believe" they got married after Jax was unfaithful.
That's when Katie brought up Jax's alleged current day activities. "There's still stories about him running around town," she said, prompting Scheana to note, "Oh, I've heard," while Lala added, "No, it's beyond."
