Your First Look Inside Scheana Shay’s Gorgeous New Palm Springs Home

Continuing the flurry of Vanderpump Rules home purchases is Scheana Shay, who is the proud new owner of a gorgeous house in Palm Springs. She joins the ranks of Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix, who recently purchased a stunning $2M house, Tom Schwartz and Katie Maloney-Schwartz, who moved into their new home this week, Kristen Doute, who bought herself a fixer-upper and Jax Taylor and Brittany Cartwright, who are in the midst of buying a house right now.

Wowzers, that’s a lot of real estate acquisitions! Scheana, however, is the only cast member to buy outside of Los Angeles. Why? Because, according to her mom, she’ll be using this property as a vacation home. Aaaand, now she’ll have a crash pad during Coachella for the rest of her life! After all, Scheana LOVES her Marina del Rey apartment… even if her cast mates don’t enjoy commuting there.

Always up for a selfie, Scheana gave her followers a spin in her new home, and then flipped the camera, showing off the home's brand new kitchen, which has dark cabinetry accenting a retro-glam backsplash that we're totally loving. The turquoise velvet island stools and textured pendant lamps are the perfect accents for the space.

Desert living at its finest! Scheana's new pad has an S-shaped pool that overlooks grassy hills, palm trees and a big ol' mountain in the distance. Inside, she's already decorated the living space in bright hues and more velvet.
