This Is the Dish Chef Tracey Bloom Brings to Summer Parties
Don't Be Tardy chef Tracey Bloom shared a recipe idea for all your upcoming summer parties.

Need a simple dish to whip up for a summer party? Make sure you have a few cans of baked beans handy, and then head over to chef Tracey Bloom's Instagram feed. The Don't Be Tardy toque just shared her go-to offering for seasonal potlucks, and as always, we're taking notes. (Her tip for pesto-mayo was lunchtime-changing... if not life-changing.)
The new mom shared a snap of her barbecue-ready dish on Instagram and noted with pride: "My bourbon maple [baked beans] were a bit hit this weekend."
Want in on her secrets? "I also add green peppers, garlic and bacon," she wrote, adding that she finished cooking the smoky medley on a Big Green Egg grill.
Take a look at the chef's party-friendly fare, below:
Of course, this dish could easily be made vegetarian, too — which would be right up Kim Zolciak-Biermann's alley. In the meantime, click here to get some more summer party recipe inspiration, this time from an up-and-coming New York home chef named Ramona Singer.
