Josh Flagg is showing off his gorgeous living room. In an October 21 Instagram Story video, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles gave his followers a tour of the space, noting it was "looking pretty good." After taking a look for ourselves, "good" is definitely an understatement. While the room's massive gray sofa, patterned rug, and fireplace give it a cozy vibe, the room exudes opulence thanks to stunning wall art, two luxe coffee tables, and plenty of conversation-starting accent décor.

How to Watch

Although many Bravolebs including Kyle Richards and Melissa Gorga have chic bar setups at home, Josh took a different, albeit gorgeous, approach by topping a jaw-dropping table with his bottles and barware.

Other parts of the home are equally lavish. In July, Josh, who owns one of the world's largest collections of Billy Haines furniture, showed off the impeccable china collection in his pantry, declaring, "Nothing gives me more pleasure than china."

While it seems Josh is enjoying downtime in the living room, the couple's outdoor space is getting plenty of use as well. Earlier this month, Josh and Bobby hosted a poolside dinner for MDLLA agents Tracy TutorJosh AltmanJames Harris, and David Parnes. David's wife, Adrian, captured the stunning table Josh and Bobby set for the evening, complete with candles and white linens, and declared, "No one quite does it like [Bobby and Josh.]"

Although we know Josh approves of the living room décor, he didn't exactly seem sold on the Halloween decorations recently placed in their front yard. As he surveyed the insanely creepy setup (check it out here) on October 12, Josh captioned an Instagram Story, "This is what I come home to."

After a long road filled with tireless renovations and "bad" energy, we're glad to see Josh and Bobby finally living it up in their incredible abode.
