Marc Jacobs' Incredible Home Featured on Million Dollar Listing New York's Season 9
When Million Dollar Listing New York returns for Season 9, viewers will get a behind-the-scenes look as Ryan Serhant works to sell the designer's remarkable home.
In March 2020, Ryan Serhant revealed that he sold Marc Jacobs' West Village townhouse within 24 hours of putting it on the market. As seen in the Million Dollar Listing New York Season 9 trailer above, viewers will soon get a behind-the-scenes look at Ryan's work to sell what is presumably the same home. "I'm super excited to sell Marc Jacobs' house," Ryan says in the trailer.
According to the listing, the 4,796-square-foot home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two kitchens, and two private outdoor areas, among other luxe amenities. "Thank you for letting us sell your amazing West Village townhome," Ryan captioned an Instagram post after selling the abode. "In one day...$12M."
The fashion designer opened up about creating the look of the stunning abode in a 2017 interview with Architectural Digest. “I’m not big on having a particular concept or look,” he said at the time. “I just want to live with things I genuinely love—great Art Deco furniture, pieces from the ’70s, and contemporary art," he said at the time. "But I didn’t want the house to feel like a pristine gallery or a Deco stage set—just something smart, sharp, and comfortable.”
As seen in the video above, the upcoming season will feature an abundance of other gorgeous homes, including one where Babe Ruth lived.
