Ryan Serhant Is Selling Norah Jones’ Boho Brooklyn Townhouse for $8M: See Inside
The Million Dollar Listing New York broker has an offer pending on the home.
This just in: Ryan Serhant is the go-to guy for celebrity real estate these days. In addition to to selling Marc Jacobs’ $12 million West Village townhouse in one day, we’ve just learned the Million Dollar Listing New York broker is working with singer Norah Jones to move her 4,500-square-foot Brooklyn brownstone as well.
In a post shared with his 1.4 million Instagram followers, Ryan wrote, “Thank you @norahjones for allowing us to list your gorgeous Cobble Hill home for sale today.”
And gorgeous it is! With five bedrooms and four-and-a-half bathrooms, the 25-foot-wide townhouse (in case you missed it, every single foot of width counts when you’re talking about New York City townhomes!) dates back to the 1800s and as such, is a bohemian architectural gem. Chock full of reclaimed wood finishes, the four-story home has three exposures (this is all very rare for NYC homes) and mixes original details with state-of-the-art technology throughout.
The highlight of the exceptional property, however, is the south-facing, 1,440-square-foot backyard and blue stone patio, which includes a heated pool and hot tub… that disappears. You read that right! According to the property listing: “With one turn of a key, the patio opens to reveal the smartphone-controlled, eight-person hot tub and an adjustable-depth, heated lap pool with resistance jet.”
Now that’s some technology. Check out Jones’ entire property below, which currently has an offer pending.
