Born and raised in South Africa, Tyler graduated high school unsure of how he wanted his future to unfold. He jumped into the yachting industry at the last minute, a decision that forever changed his life. Being more reserved and introverted, Tyler has found that his 6-year yachting career has transformed him out of his shell. When he’s not working 16-hour shifts as a stew you can find him searching for the best “hidden gem” travel destinations. When the team is a man down, Tyler joins St. David as a deck/stew working diligently to make the remainder of the charter season a success.
