Lots of changes have been in store for Ashley Jacobs. The Southern Charm nurse recently revealed that she's moved from Charleston back to her native California. Ashley shared the news on Instagram, showing a photo of her new California license plate alongside her South Carolina plates. "Thanks for the life lessons South Carolina but I’m goin’ back to my roots! #CaliforniaGirl," she wrote.

Now, she's working on herself, both inside and out: Ashley just filmed a few videos from Santa Barbara group fitness studio Bond Fitness. Her Instagram Story videos show Ashley walking on the treadmill while encouraging her fellow gym-goers. The studio's set up with weights and bikes and rowing machines, and it looks like a place for an intense workout.

After class, Ashley posted a photo of herself in a white tank and black leggings flexing her biceps. "Thank you [Bond Fitness] for getting me both mentally and physically strong," she wrote under the photo. 

The next video had her using Instagram heart eyes filter, writing: "This sums up my current mood." A good workout class will do that!
